Who we are
X-Altus is a New Zealand-based executive advisory practice operated by Stephen McCurdy. We provide the Executive Signal Audit and related consulting services. Contact: Stephen@x-altus.com · x-altus.com
What we collect
When you complete the Executive Signal Audit, we collect: your name, role, and organisation; your answers to the audit questions; and your email address (entered at the results gate). We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.
How we use your information
Your audit answers are used solely to generate your personalised Signal Audit report using AI (Anthropic Claude). Your name and email are used to send you a copy of your audit summary and to follow up regarding the X-Altus Signal Diagnostic if you request it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI processing
Your audit responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not use your responses to train AI models. Your data is transmitted securely and is not stored beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver your report.
Email communications
By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving your audit summary and follow-up communications from X-Altus related to your audit results. We use Resend to send emails. You may opt out of further communications at any time by replying to any email with 'unsubscribe' or by contacting Stephen@x-altus.com.
Data retention
Audit responses submitted via the form are processed in real time and are not stored in a database. Your email address is retained only for the purpose of follow-up communications related to your audit. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Your rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, to request correction of that information, and to request that we cease using or delete your information. To exercise these rights, contact Stephen@x-altus.com.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, visit counts). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
